Role Details


The Recruitment Team is modernising its recruitment and retention services and is looking for an experienced
Recruitment Partner to help drive change, provide timely advice on best-practice recruitment strategies, and assist in training.

Experience in project management and the implementation of related policies, procedures and practices is key to this role.

The HR Recruitment Partner role is also responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Assisting with maintaining and developing HR Recruitment's social media presence, including the creation of engaging new content
  • Representing DCP at career expos, recruitment events and building networks across the public and private sector
  • Providing guidance, advice, coaching and training to hiring managers on best practice recruitment activities
  • Identifying and investigating opportunities for DCP to increase its public presence to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Reviewing and monitor issues and requests from DCP's Recruitment and HR Admin team to enhance our eRecruitment system.

  • Have experience in a HR transactional or Recruitment environment for a large, complex organisation and/or relevant qualifications
  • Be a proactive selfstarter, resourceful to find solutions to any challenge
  • Have excellent communication skills, particularly with respect to writing
  • Be experienced in small project management activities
  • Be a natural leader who can guide, mentor and support DCP staff to ensure best practice recruitment strategies are followed
  • Possess a great attention to detail
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills with a knack for multitasking
  • Always strive to provide the best applicant experience possible
  • Be creative, intrinsically motivated, deriving happiness from a job well done
  • Be a fast learner

Special Conditions
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
