What will you do?
***We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to join our Accounts Receivable team. The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees as well as the end to end management of the claims process from various funding bodies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that client accounts of various business units are set up and maintained with all required information in our accounting system
- Attend to and resolve account enquiries
- Process direct debits/ deposits and other related banking tasks
- Followup on overdue debtors' balances in line with organisational policies
- Perform account reconciliation
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with third parties such as State Trustees, Dept of Veteran Affairs, Solicitors, Client's representative etc
- Completion of month end balance by required deadlines
- Completing regular audits and monitoring returns
Who are you?
- You have previous experience in the Aged Care sector in a similar role; your attention to detail is second to none and you have impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
