The Role
In this role you will;

Oversee the daytoday running of the main building in Sydney and 2 smaller assets in Melbourne
Operating and managing the grounds, buildings and services, ensuring budgets, agreements and KPIs are met
Acting as a central point of contact for the Fire Warden and Work Health Safety
Responsible for capital works, refurbishments, supplies and materials

Experience

Facilities Management experience is required within a commercial environment
Experience managing a team would be preferred
Knowledge of contractor/ service provider management, including work health safety and applicable statutory legislation
Ability to manage KPIs, budgets and multiple tasks

This position is a 3-year fixed-term contract offering up to $120K + super. The role will allow you to show your management and facilities skills within a prestigious building.
