In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a small, specialised team to consolidate and maintain qualitative and quantitative data and insights in business areas to enable evidenced based decision making activities.

Key accountabilities will include:

Provide analytical insight into opportunities to improve customer experiences and customer satisfaction.
Consolidate and maintain qualitative and quantitative data to enable evidenced based decision making.
Maintain processes to regularly communicate insights to key stakeholders and actively engage with, and seek input from stakeholders.
Maintain a Data Insights Library to ensure that the Service Design team has access to current data and insights.

About you
You bring tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience with demonstrated advanced level skills in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you have a passion for providing data-driven insights to help inform business decisions.
