About the Opportunity
Develop and manage the IT service portfolio for both the consumption of the department's customer

base as well as maintain service standards, service level agreements and associated service costing across the service portfolio ensuring services are transparent, consistent and relevant.

Partner with Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and Cluster/Executive customers to ensure services are fit for purpose and facilitated with stakeholders through to resolution.


The Role

Your role is in the Investment, Enterprise Architecture & Strategy (IEAS) unit which sits within Information & Digital Services within our Corporate Services division.

IEAS develop and lead the Stronger Communities and Principal Department (DCJ) Enterprise ICT strategies that enable and support the achievement of strategic direction, priorities, activities and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and communicate ongoing process maturity of the ICT Service Catalogue and associated service standards, service level agreements (SLAs) and service costings to provide clear guidelines and standards for service delivery across the organisation.
  • Design, develop and maintain procedural documentation in the use of the service catalogue, Including pertinent information related service criticality, agreed service level deliverables, pricing, policy requirements, and ordering processes.
  • Facilitate the development of adequate knowledge articles that enable client selfhelp/service of Catalogue items.
  • Lead the production of management and statistical reports on usage to allow tracking and monitoring of service use across the business base and make recommendation on retiring or rationalising products/services based on usage trends and confirmed business need.
  • Develop and communicate cost of products/service and any associated charging models to enable users to budget appropriate funds to cover their required services
  • Manage Cluster/Executive relationships across key stakeholder groups regular meetings and contact to ensure services and requirements are facilitated and delivered in line with IDS service portfolio.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in service Lifecycle Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Performance and Monitoring including Service Level Definition and experience in IT Service Costing.
  • Experience in ICT related programs and/or projects.
  • Understanding of, and experience in ICT Service Delivery and Operations.
