With extensive experience in the delivery of a wide range of projects including land subdivisions, mixed-use residential, commercial, retail, student and aged care accommodation, they offer a broad role with Directors who want to be a leader in the marketing of both their brand and product.

They are now seeking an experienced Sales & Development Administration Manager to join their busy Development team.

The role will assist with processing of sales contracts, lead allocation, coordinating sale launch & settlements, marketing and overflow of administration from the development team.

It is working in a fast-paced environment and will require some occasional weekend work.

You will be proficient in the following:

  • Experienced in supporting development & sales teams.
  • Providing administration support during settlement & handover
  • Management of CRM systems
  • Strong client liaison skills
  • High skill level with using Microsoft office suite
  • High level of attention to details
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
Ideally, you will be an experienced Sales Administration professional with exposure to the Property Development and/or Real Estate market. It is preferred that you hold a degree to back up your experience but is not essential.
