CFI Australia Pty Ltd is proud to be doing its part in reducing environmental wastage by being the only authorised supplier of Denso remanufactured injectors with a team of technicians that have been specially trained to properly calibrate and remanufacture Denso injectors.**
To support this program and many others CFI Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an Administration/Customer Service individual who has (preferably) an understanding of spare parts in the automotive industry.

SUMMARY:


You will be responsible for customer service, administration, and warranty. The main focus of this role is to look after customer orders and invoices as part of daily processes. This position also liaises with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries with freight companies.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Facilitate over the phone with inquiries and sales:

Greet customers/visitors in a professional and positive manner:


  • Office administrative duties, filing and issuing sales reports:

Raise purchase orders:

Invoicing functions into SAP for both suppliers and customers:


  • Liaising with distributors, parts ordering, and distribution of stock:

Processing/Shipping daily orders:

Attending to incoming/outgoing goods:

Liaise with management and other internal staff:


  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved:

Picking and packing parts:

Processing part returns/credits
