About the role:

Remote + Office (flexible)
You will join a hot desk with established client relationships, providing 360 recruitment in Early Years Education, School Services, and OSHC
Intensive training provided
Phone and laptop provided
You will be joining a small boutique recruitment agency

The position:

Leading and managing the Early Childhood and Outside School Hours Care desk
Managing and leading client relationships
Managing the 360recruitment process for allocated jobs
Attending client meetings
Managing quality and compliance against recruitment
Business Development will be part of the position

Skills and experience:

Recruitment experience is a requirement for this position
Passion for best outcomes for children
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident in making phone calls
Good time management skills
Working with Children Check is a requirement of this position
