About the Role:

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the smooth operation, retention and sales development for a designated portfolio of publisher client accounts through the establishment and maintenance of a strong working relationship and development and in-depth knowledge of the client.

The role manages all administration and product management through our ERP system JDE as well as BI reporting through Cognos.

Working in the Client Services team the key responsibilities of this role include:

Ensuring a strong operational focus with the client thorough the print and distribution cycle to ensure all deadlines are hit and all product details are 100% accurate throughout the supply chain.
Managing and fulfilling client requirements to ensure agreed service levels are met or exceeded including but not limited to Key Account opportunities, analysis and reporting of sales performance and market trends
Managing, recording and escalating where appropriate client complaints to achieve client satisfaction
Monitoring and reporting of all agreed client milestones to both clients and internal stakeholders as appropriate
Developing and managing client relationships to achieve retention and sales growth and efficiency targets of assigned accounts
Establishing and managing internal relationships and communication to ensure client commitments are met
Management, development and motivation of any support staff

Skill & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sales or marketing management role in an office environment.
Proficiency in full suite of MS Office products with a minimum of intermediate level Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
