One of our High-Profile Federal Government clients are looking to engage multiple
HR Advisors/HR Officers to join their newly built team in
Canberra. On offer is both Ongoing and Non-Ongoing fixed term work.

The successful
HR Advisors/HR Officers will be required to provide strong advice to senior leaders on key HR functions.

The successful
HR Advisors/Officers will be responsible for the below:

Looking after Recruitment and Workforce Planning
Providing HR support to internal and external stakeholders
Establishing clear plans to understand the business area and what HR Services need to be implemented
Supporting internal requests as part APS legislation

The successful
HR Advisors/Officers will have experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Government or Private sector
Experience with Recruitment, Workforce Planning and Reporting
Understanding of HR management and awareness of contemporary HR solutions
Good research and analytical thinking skills
