Are you passionate about optimizing processes and driving efficiency within IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration? We're seeking skilled Process Analyst's to join our team and take on the vital role of supporting process coordination and execution for our government customer.


As our Process Analyst, you'll dive deep into reviewing, analysing, and refining processes to ensure they align with customer requirements and industry best practices.

Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental as you monitor performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and identify areas for enhancement.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll implement agreed-upon changes to optimize processes, all while keeping everyone informed and engaged.

  • This role will involve a 24x7 rotating roster through a 16 week period over tax time & on call responsibilities shared amongst the team (4 days on followed by 4 days off)._

We are seeking exposure within areas of either:

  • Incident management
  • Release management
  • Problem management
  • Change management

If you were here yesterday, these are some of the things you would be involved in:

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to achieve customer and account outcomes, in line with best practice and delivering process optimization.
  • Execute process analysis and reporting to enable performance measurement and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote process design, implementation, and execution standards, monitoring compliance with customers' approved policies, standards, and knowledge management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support process transformation and uplift process capability, participating in workshops, training, mentoring, etc., as needed.
  • Document processes, models, and measurement mechanisms in technical documents/reports.
  • Execute all defined corporate and management accountabilities in Health and Safety and Security practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Uphold the Kinetic IT Universal Behaviours and adhere to all KIT and client policies and procedures.

Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following:

  • Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, with specific experience in the relevant practice aligned to your role.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to consider the endtoend business value of process activities.
