This is could opportunity for an L1 support engineer who wants to take that next step or an experienced L2 looking for a move.

You will get to know the organisation and software development from the inside out and understand how and where organisational and software engineering aspects play a part in business functionality and outcomes.

Successful applicants will need to have the following attributes and skills:

A passion for customer service
A talent for issue analysis and resolution skills
The ability to relate to customers
Strong interpersonal skills and team focus
Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS
Experience with SQL Server Transaction SQL queries, Stored Procedures, triggers and functions

And the following would be great to have:

Ability to debug software using Microsoft Visual Studio
Experience with using or supporting ERP systems such as PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX, Netsuite, SAP
