**Position Description - Tenancy & Asset Coordinator**At MyLife Housing, we believe there is no place like home. Our vision is to provide each and every

As the Tenancy & Asset Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of tenancy to
ensure that our participants feel supported, and their homes are well maintained. You will be
responsible for managing the properties and tenancy relationships within the MyLife Housing
portfolio, from preparing tenancy agreements, conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine
inspections, managing repair, maintenance, and where applicable, defect rectifications in our
brand-new developments.
**Responsibilities include: - Preparing letter of offers, SDA Agreements, and Tenancy Packs
- Managing document execution, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears.
- Endtoend management of the properties in the MyLife Housing Portfolio
- Manage incoming and outgoing inspection reports, Home Risk Assessments, and routine
- Managing repairs, maintenance and defects by collaborating and communicating with our
***- Manage Asset Registers, Preventative Maintenance Schedules, and other registers.
- Coordinate with, maintain communication and provide regular updates with NDIS
professionals where relevant to inspections, maintenance, feedback, and enquiries.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with building managers, tradespeople, third party
fashion.
***- Represent MyLife Housing on relevant Strata Committees**
Capabilities and Experience:We are looking for a collaborative, proactive, and motivated individual with excellent problem
- solving and negotiation skills who can foster positive relationships with a range of people of diverse
backgrounds. You should have a demonstrated understanding of basic property management and
be comfortable executing on policies, procedures, agreements, and registers. An understanding of
the NDIS and SDA is a bonus.
Our new team member should possess the following:
- A calm and friendly approach with a can-do attitude.
- High degree of drive, initiative, and motivation with the ability to deal with multiple and
- A working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the deployment and implementation of property management software.
- A current NSW Driver's License and a willingness to travel to the MyLife Housing SDA sites
- Acquire and ensure all relevant NDIS screening checks, including Working with Children,

Reporting Line Tenancy & Asset Manager
Location The location of work is flexible and will require time spent at the office
in North Strathfield and at MyLife Housing SDA sites.
