We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix Working closely with the Sales Director - Asia (based in Singapore), the International Market Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding v2food's presence across Asia, building partnerships with key distributors and customers and leading brand activation across the Asian market.

This role comes at an exciting time of growth across the Asian region and we are looking for someone with passion and creativity to deliver our Asia Growth Plan.


This role is responsible for customising global, regional and brand strategies into activities and programs to provide our distributor and customer partners with localised activity plans.


Some duties this role will cover include:

  • Grow market share and manage trade spend
  • Achieve distribution across different channels whilst developing and maintaining relationships with major suppliers and customer across these channels
  • End to end activity ownership working with key marketing and PR agencies
  • Working with the Sales Team to establish and coordinate marketing and sales objectives
  • Working with the Commercialisation team to ensure a strong new product pipeline to meet markets demands

What We Are Looking For.


As the demands at v2food change often in this dynamic environment, we're looking for someone that first and foremost is highly adaptable and brings a tremendous amount of energy to the team.

Some specifics that we'd also like for you to bring to this opportunity include:

  • 5+ years sales and trade marketing experience in FMCG, preferable with experience in QSR, food service or grocery.
  • Asian experience required
  • Proven business development success
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A hands on nature and a willingness to jump in
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant tertiary education (desirable)
