The Position:

Do you consider yourself a people person who loves communicating and engaging with others? This is the role for you


The purpose of this role is to conduct research on current labour market trends and transfer this material into high-quality written reports.

You will liaise with the Allied Health team to understand each injured individuals' situation and their subsequent employment needs as well as assist our Rehabilitation Counsellors in the production of various assessments.


Day to day you will be:

  • Learning about employment options for our clients to pursue.
  • Speaking to representatives from a diverse range of industries to compile up to date information on the available labour market.
  • Writing professional reports summarising your research.
  • Sharing your knowledge with a team of Allied Health professionals to assist our clients to find new employment.

About you:


  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Demonstrated ability to cold canvass employers to gather key information;
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
  • Matureminded and ability to work independently;
  • Team attitude & positive approach;
  • An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself.
