Production Supervisor

About the role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team You will need to have previous experience working in food manufacturing.

In this hands-on role, you will set and supervise the activities of the production team across a variety of lines.

You will have good communication skills and work across all teams within our business including QA, Customer Service, Supply Chain and logistics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, coordinating and managing production schedules
Managing the preventative maintenance schedule
Provide support to site management as required
Ensure WHS standards are met
Operating a Forklift to move palettes
Manage quality control standards
Involvement in the WHS Committee

About you

You are an experienced and approachable supervisor with experience in managing people, who adheres to safety standards and thrives in a fast paced environment with competing demands.

You will bring:

Strong planning and organisational skills
A safe, driven, cando attitude
A focus on continuous improvement
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Forklift license
Experience in managing production schedules (preferred but not essential)
