To facilitate and enact changes necessary to support Council's strategic objectives, an Enterprise and Resource Planning (ERP) and Digital program of works has been defined and approved for delivery.

Roles' Overview:

***All 3 roles require the successful development and delivery of change strategies and plans, appropriate for the scope of work associated with the allocated projects. Using a consultative approach to engage internal stakeholders and working collaboratively with the Project Manager and Business Process Owners.


Duties:


  • Clearly identifying all stakeholders and the impact of the solution on their respective area.
  • Strategic planning of the OCM for the project/s, followed by the execution of the OCM deliverables.
  • Identification of the OCM risks, issues and the recommendations and delivery of mitigation strategies.
  • Working with the Project Manager and the Business Process Owners and proxies to ensure strategies and activities are consistent with Council's values.
  • Development of key messaging and communications including facilitation of senior stakeholder

Skills & Experience:


  • Extensive change management experience, including building relationships, coaching, and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets, and practices.
  • Experience in large scale digital and/or ERP transformation projects within the Local/State/Federal Government or within a large corporate environment.
  • Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and effectively build relationships and communicate to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering strategies and plans to support human performance throughout change.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills, as well as strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
