Tradable Bits is an award-winning tech company that helps sports, music and entertainment brands build better fan experiences unlocking 1st and zero party data.

With HQ based in Vancouver, our Australian team is headquartered in Melbourne and have been progressively building a presence over the past three years, with more than 40 partners across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is based in Sydney, NSW and will require some attendance at our Roselands office.


WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking an outgoing and driven problem solver who is confident owning and developing client relationships.

You work well with others, and are forward thinking and proactive, enjoying the challenge of learning new skills and technology.

Your attention to detail sets you apart and you're comfortable managing multiple partners and stakeholders at once, prioritising as required.


As our Customer Success Specialist, you'll work together with our CSM team to tackle key tasks across our portfolio of clients, streamlining processes, and helping us scale.

You'll be monitored by our Senior Customer Succes manager, while working with a diverse range of amazing sports partners You'll collaborate with them on groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns, solve problems and drive adoption of the Tradable Bits platform.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Quickly master the Tradable Bits platform and know it inside and out (it's awesome tech, trust us)
  • Onboard new clients and oversee the plumbing and setup of their accounts from start to finish.
  • Ensure clients are trained and adopting our product across multiple departments.
  • Help clients develop campaign ideas and digital strategies that employ our platform in creative, effective ways.
  • Understand our clients' business goals and translate them into effective strategy and databacked reports.
  • Establish productive and trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guiding them as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and business goals with a focus on how fan marketing drives business value and ROI.
  • Keep clients on the cutting edge of fan marketing by staying informed on current product developments and communicating them to clients.
  • Assist with Partner Business Reviews and help provide insights on how to improve their strategy with our technology solutions.
  • Be a customer advocate within Tradable Bits and provide input to our product roadmap and growth plans

MUST HAVES:


  • Tertiary education in communications, business, marketing sports management or related field
  • 02 years of experience in marketing, account management or customer relations/support
  • Some knowledge of the Australian sporting landscape is essential. We're looking for people who love the game
  • AFL, NRL, NBL, Netball, Rugby tell us what you love
  • Ability to work autonomously across different projects with multiple deadlines.

GOOD TO HAVE:


  • Experience with social media and digital marketing for business is a plus (we don't need to know how to run FB ads but having some experience in the digital marketing space helps).
  • Work/volunteer experience in sport will be an asset.
