    We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane & Asia with over 80 staff. We provide a local service with access to quality candidates internationally and nationally.

    We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our young and professional team in Melbourne as a Talent Manager. In this role, you will source candidates for our Residential Real Estate team. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Writing New Job Ads
    • Conducting Interviews
    • Checking References
    • Offering Administration Support to Consultants
    • Coordinating Interviews
    To qualify for this position, you need:
    • Prior Experience in Real Estate
    • A passion for phone communication
    • A sales-oriented personality with a passion for sales
    • Strong Computer Skills
    • Ability to Multitask & Perform Under Pressure
    • An Outgoing & Friendly Attitude
    • Determination to Succeed

    This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work.
