Two salary positions are available

  • Onsite Parking
  • Noncooking position
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of kitchen operations and administrative tasks.

This role is a non-cooking position, more a leadership position supporting the Executive Chef ensuring that the kitchen team can perform at their absolute best.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead, manage & support your kitchen team
  • Run the pass during service
  • Weekly stocktakes and daily ordering
  • Roster management
  • Maintain and ensure compliance to establish food quality and standards
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • Passion for excellent service with a positive cando attitude.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and an approachable leader
  • Good attention to detail
  • 12 years' experience in a similar role within a fastpaced restaurant environment
