Our

Eagle Farm Glass division is looking for a qualified or nearly qualified Maintenance Fitter, with an interest in working on a varied range of manufacturing equipment and machinery.

The Role:

Preventative maintenance for plant and equipment
Trouble shooting equipment faults
Undertake modifications and design initiatives
Adherence to current regulatory and safety standards
Some fabrication

The Person:

Relevant trade qualification
Open to 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice (mechanical/fabrication trade fitting, boilermaking)
Experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter
Experience with fault finding, repairing and maintaining general machinery
Previous experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a production / manufacturing environment
Good level of problem solving skills and abilities
Current Open License
Restricted electrical license (advantage, but not essential)

The Benefits:

This is a full time / permanent position
Afternoon shift (2pm10pm) with 40 hours week
