Alfasi Hire is one of Australia's largest companies in the construction equipment hire industry in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin.

We supply Elevating Work Platforms (EWP's), Cranes, Scaffold, Forklifts and Telehandlers to some of Australia's most prestigious Construction, Maintenance and Event Projects

As part of our success and career progression of our existing staff we are currently looking for an Internal Sales Officer to join our team in Yennora.

To be successful in this role it is preferred you have:

Have solid experience in customer service / sales
Outbound sales experience within the construction industry preferred
Be results driven with a desire to succeed
Customer service and solutions focused
Be punctual, well presented & be able to work independently as well as within a team
Excellent communication abilities and to be able to build rapport with people at all levels
Excellent Microsoft office and computer skills.
Have a friendly 'can do' positive attitude.
Have an excellent phone manner
Hold a valid driver's license

Duties will include:

Sales support to our Queensland sales team
Attending & assisting to inbound & outbound customer enquiries
Complete daily and weekly reporting
Prepare quotes for account managers
CRM system maintenance
Participate in sales meetings
General Office Management

This is an entry level Sales Role, so if you have a background in retail sales, telemarketing, customer service roles or the like and see yourself training to become one of our future Sales Representatives, then this is the role for you.
