Implement and manage holistic health and wellbeing programs for our clients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing client relationships in line with company goals.
  • Successfully managing assigned clients and organizing their activities and events.
  • Liaising between customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to allocated clients.
  • Contributing to planning activities to ensure growth of the business.
  • Contributing to quality improvement projects to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and product development.
  • Assisting with high need requests or issue escalations as needed.

About you:

  • Proven experience in account management, program management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and events and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
