- Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service and parts department
- Manage all day-to-day operations in the service and parts department
- Ensure service department is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
- Always provide the best possible customer service whilst leading the team
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage service/parts-related inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and manage the service department's budget
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
About you: - Service/Parts Manager with a proven track record in automotive
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic, able to motivate and support your team
- Commercially focused with strong leadership skills
- A strong emphasis and proven track record in customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
- A friendly and approachable personality including great people management skills
