About the role

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager who inspires and will play a key role in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community.

Duties

Promote and market Gen Physio's services and activities
Support and coordinate the activities of the Allied Health Team to ensure services are coordinated and delivered in line with client needs and goals, organisational objectives, and legislative and funding body requirements
Leading a multidisciplinary team as a senior clinician, on the road managing your own caseload and diary
Be able to develop and train team members on specific billing practices, especially within the NDIS framework
Leading clinicians in best practice especially with diary management ensuring we can help and change more people's lives through diary optimisation
Inspire and promote continuous improvement from your clinical team through innovative thinking and service excellence

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Leadership and management of an allied health team
Understanding of and proven NDIS and HCP billing practices
Leadership experience including NDIS practice standards and aged care quality and safety standards
Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and developing a team that has honesty and integrity at its heart
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current valid driver's license
