You are passionate about and have knowledge of data networks and voice technologies along with the associated hardware. You want to build your career in telecommunications and services.

You have a professional and positive outlook and can hold conversations with a variety of people in a respectful and enthusiastic manner.

You are eager to learn quickly, you are passionate about working hard, contributing to a team and have a strong attention to detail.

You are interested in solving customer challenges and leading a customer to the right solution.

You will need to be detail orientated and can operate under limited supervision along with managing a variety of tasks to deadlines.

You have good analytical skills and will need to have advanced excel skills.

This role will pair you with deeply skilled experts you can learn from You are comfortable in building relationships and collaborating with salespeople, customers, partners, and technology vendors.

Experience in Telstra processes and technology is a direct advantage; we will consider people with many years of experience and those with a few.

What will a normal day look like?:

• Working with our sales team and pre-sales team to help them with a range of pre and post sales activities, including collating service and billing information, preparing quotes, and assisting with proposals
• Building your skills and understanding of technology and the role it plays in business, growing your technical skills in data networking and voice technologies
• Become the expert and go to for endtoend processes leading up to the handover point to our project management and customer service team.
