Media Advisers are expected to confidently craft and drive proactive and reactive media work, including developing and pitching good news, responding to journalists, producing rich media content and managing social media accounts.
Working as part of a team, they distil complex policy and program information for the media and public - using their in-depth specialist knowledge and judgement to enhance and protect the agency's reputation.
