- Lead and oversee various value-added indirect tax advisory projects.
- Manage global GST/VAT/indirect tax audits.
- Drive technology initiatives such as ERP and tax-specific tech implementations.
- Ensure global indirect tax compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Supervise external advisor activities related to indirect tax.
- Stay updated on indirect tax changes and provide recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally on projects that drive business value.
- Support in mentoring junior staff and collaborate across tax disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in indirect tax, particularly in GST and/or VAT.
- Background in accounting, tax, or law with a deep understanding of indirect tax processes and legislation.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and convey tax-related information clearly.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating autonomy in project management.
- Previous global software industry exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
