ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and fast learning data entry enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team.

You will be joining a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for accurately maintaining our asset data and will have the main responsibility to respond to and action all 'special' instructions received from vendors within the required time.

In this role, you will be required to link multiple centralised teams together to assist in resolving enquiries, as well as being responsible for following up with multiple stakeholders to ensure the vendor's request is being actioned in an appropriate time frame.

This is an on-going, full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5.00pm from our Salisbury Plain branch.

In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Managing vendor requests and working to resolve with in the agreed timeframes.
  • Working with other teams to assist in providing the response the vendor is requesting.
  • Provide the business with updates on how many special instructions are assigned to each user
  • Review the oldest special instructions assigned to user and assist them in resolving
  • Keep the number of active instructions to no more than 400 (If applicable)

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • intermediate experience preferred
  • Sound data entry or administration skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
