The role:
Receive and process invoices and credit notes
received from overseas and local associates
- Responding promptly to deal with queries relating to
- Filing and maintaining associate records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Processing of payments and financial transactions to
- Support finance team to resolve capacity and resource
- Assist with business related projects and process
- Attend to other duties as directed by the
To be effective in this role we are seeking:
- Professional verbal and written communication style
- The desire to work as part of a team and achieve goals together
- A proven background in Accounts Payable, including overseas payments
- Exposure to professional services environments or an industry where on charging to clients is the process
- Experience using a legal software such as Elite or Aderant Expert would be a bonus
