The role:
Receive and process invoices and credit notes

received from overseas and local associates

  • Responding promptly to deal with queries relating to
associate invoices

  • Filing and maintaining associate records
  • Checking and verifying invoices
  • Processing of payments and financial transactions to
associates

  • Support finance team to resolve capacity and resource
issues

  • Assist with business related projects and process
improvement initiatives.

  • Attend to other duties as directed by the
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

To be effective in this role we are seeking:

  • Professional verbal and written communication style
  • The desire to work as part of a team and achieve goals together
  • A proven background in Accounts Payable, including overseas payments
  • Exposure to professional services environments or an industry where on charging to clients is the process
  • Experience using a legal software such as Elite or Aderant Expert would be a bonus
