At Egis, the People & Engagement Business Partner plays a central role in defining our organisational culture and elevating employee engagement throughout the company.

This pivotal position is instrumental in steering our human resources strategies to align seamlessly with our global business objectives, specifically concentrating on enhancing talent management, business partnering, organisational development, and employee satisfaction across the ANZ region.


  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall business plan and objectives.
  • Partner with management to enhance workforce performance through comprehensive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and promote an organisational culture that upholds Egis' values and supports its diverse workforce.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure compliance across all operational levels.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Conduct and oversee training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a multinational company.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, employment law, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in a Professional Services or Engineering consultancy is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
