We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations Improvement team on a full-time, permanent basis as an Analyst.

This role will be responsible for delivering a broad range of analytics and data management tasks to provide key insights for maximising operational performance.

The key deliverables for the role are:

Prepare benchmark analysis, summarise competitor performance and provide strategic insights from related industries;
Streamline key data collection methods from internal and external sources;
Utilise and continually develop best practice principles in data analytics;
Support strategic planning of Operations and assist in enabling the delivery of the group wide tactical plan;
Increase productivity through the automation of data workbooks, BI reports, and other analytical tools;
Distil and visualise data to develop insights to maximise operational performance;
Assist with the development of processes, tools, templates and expertise in the team;
Communicate recommendations or findings via Business case and Presentation; and
Deliver insights which will contribute to profitable decision making across the Operations business.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or similar;
Minimum 2 years' experience within either a professional services, management consulting, corporate strategy & planning investment banking, or agricultural environment;
Experience with Power BI reporting and data analysis;
Excellent written communication skills
ability to prepare reports, business plans, and other documentation;
An ability to understand complex issues and develop/adapt analytical tools to provide resolutions; and
