In this job you will:


Are you looking to take the next step - are you a Supervisor ready to step up? As an OMS Advisor at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

  • Lead the implementation of our operations management standards.
  • Drive the standardisation of processes and tools across all sectors within DHL Supply chain.
  • Use your operational and project experience to drive value within new business acquisitions and transformative projects.
  • Train stakeholders on key cultural standards including performance management, standardisation, leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Use your change management skills across a variety of projects to influence key stakeholders.
  • Work with systems engineers to implement performance tracking and resource planning tools in a sustainable and efficient manner.

You will have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Strong operational experience in 3PL and/or Warehouse operations.
  • Change management skills
  • Passionate individuals with high initiative will be very highly regarded.
  • WMS systems experience highly regarded
  • Strong analytical or out of the box thinking
  • Project management experience
  • Experience implementing Lean methodologies
  • Computer Aptitude (both MSWord & MS Excel)
