Our client is a leading Financial Planning and Accounting business based in Toowoomba. Being in operation for over 40 years, this business provides a complete holistic service to their client base, which span all throughout Queensland.

The role:
With continual growth in their financial services division, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner / Associate Adviser to join their team. You will be primarily supporting and assisting the financial planners with their clients and preparation of advice. Your focus will be based around advice strategies. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient professional looking to grow and develop their skillset within the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop advice strategies and discuss with financial advisers
• Complete product research
• Attend client meetings and be mentored by Financial Planners
• Ensure all advice documents adhere to licensee compliance standards
• Timely follow ups with clients

About You

• Experienced paraplanner or associate adviser within a financial planning business
• Have a great knowledge of investments, superannuation, tax, debt management, structures, estate planning, insurance and compliance
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experienced with XPLAN software
• Excellent time management skills
