    We are actively sourcing an experienced People Partners to join our People Partnerships Team within the SVHA People and Culture Team.

    Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters.

    Your role will offer guidance on case management of matters regarding workforce procedures such as grievances, misconduct and performance improvement and assist your peers and key stakeholders in change management initiatives.

    With a high degree of attention to detail, you will interpret and advise on policy directives, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legalisation.

    These positions are Permanent Full Time based in Sydney NSW and Brisbane QLD.

    Key responsibilities of the role:
    Assist in managing employee relations / Industrial Relations including connecting with and overseeing industrial association representatives
    Aid in the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives and provide a high level of expertise and problem solving skills to determine the most appropriate HR solutions to improve organisational processes and procedure
    Act as liaison between various stakeholders within the People and Culture Team to ensure priorities are met
    Effective management of challenging situations and people while maintaining frequent stakeholder communication and oversight

    Things that work for us:
    Minimum two (2) years of well-developed experience as a Business / People Partner or similar role, ideally within the Healthcare sector
    Proven success delivering the full scope of operational Human Resources services in a similar large, complex environment
    Demonstrated high-level of proficiency with HRIS, learning management systems (LMS), rostering and other HR and Microsoft Office applications
    Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously when required, possessing a passion for building connections with stakeholders and colleagues alike
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire others through coaching and mentoring
    Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Business and/or related field
    Current 2023 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
    National Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
