In response to heightened recruitment efforts and the evolving complexity of our organisational structure, we recognise the necessity for a dedicated Organisational Development Manager.

This professional will be tasked with formulating a comprehensive strategy that encompasses organisational design, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and change management functions.


The role:


As the Organisational Development Manager, your responsibilities will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, such as the executive leadership team, business managers, and regional HR & recruitment partners.

Your role will focus on understanding organisational needs and crafting customized solutions. Partnering with business leaders, you'll effectively facilitate change management process, with a focus on considered people impact planning.


You will be well-versed in organisational performance indicators, conducting needs analyses, devising programs, and recommending resources to enhance employee performance.

A crucial aspect of your position will be ensuring that individuals are placed in roles that align with organisational objectives, recognising the significant impact on both individual and overall performance.


Functioning as a trusted advisor, you will actively support global succession planning processes and collaborate with line managers to integrate 'local' succession planning across all levels.

Your role will extend to fostering the growth and development of individuals at various levels, equipping line managers with tools, coaching, and support to create individual development plans for their team members.


About you:

You are a strategic thinker who envisions the big picture and embraces innovative perspectives. Your background includes roles in the mining or manufacturing industries within large, intricate organisational structures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related business discipline
  • Minimum five years of experience, encompassing:
  • Value-based decision making
  • Managing largescale change and cultural improvement
  • Organisational design
  • Prosci change management solutions and support
  • Design and management of HR systems
  • Monitoring, auditing, reviewing, and improving systems and processes
  • Project management
