This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic data governance, privacy compliance, and the automation of robotics activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the automation and digitalization of data governance and robotics activities, optimizing the global operating model.
  • Implement new tools for data cataloguing and deletion to comply with ANZ privacy requirements.
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders to advance data and analytics best practices while ensuring compliance with Australian Privacy Legislation.
  • Document current systems, data sources, and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Gather requirements and build bespoke analytics and dashboards.
  • Support analysis, interpretation, reporting, and presentation of data.
  • Implement Data Governance best practices to enhance data quality.
  • Develop technical solutions using BI tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.
  • Design, develop, validate, and implement ETL/ELT processes.
  • Provide basic user training and support for reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise and guide the business in assessing privacy risks and ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Legislation. Deliver the data deletion program and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Experience & Personal Attributes:


  • Handson skills in ETL/ELT, SQL, Alteryx, data modelling, and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of fuzzy matching techniques.
  • Understanding of testing, change management, and release management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in delivering business reporting and enterpriselevel dashboards.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytic skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and privacy principles.
  • Resultsdriven with the ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Selfstarter with excellent organizational skills. Team player with a positive cando attitude.
