About the Role
- Part Time (0.8 FTE) Maximum Term Contract
- Classification: Consumer Service Delivery Level 2 with a salary range of $67,322 $72,203 pro rata, per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Living and Learning Centre, Strathpine
Overview of the position
Wellbeing Coaches will be part of a multidisciplinary team made up of Mental Health Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Wellbeing Coaches and Peer Coaches.
What you will bring to the role?
- A strong understanding of supporting people experiencing emotional distress through their recovery journey
- An ability to articulate and promote the value of and strengths gained from lived experiences of recovery
- Ability to rolemodel and develop recoveryoriented and traumainformed practices across the service.
- Demonstrate integrity, credibility, and ability to foster open communication
- Ability to work productively in a fast paced, changing, and dynamic environment
About Neami National
Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
Mandatory role requirements:
- National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children check prior to commencement
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Working Rights
