Position

Based in CBD and supporting & engaging with a diverse workforce within the Residential business, the HSE Advisor will join a leading Safety team and continually develop the business' HSE culture.

Key elements:

Reports to the National HSE Manager
Provide operational technical HSE leadership, coaching and support to the broader business and asset teams
Play an active and collaborative role in the management and control of known, new and novel hazards and psychosocial risks
Support development and implementation of the HSE strategy
