This role is a critical sales operations role within the baking division responsible for partnering with the Field Sales Team, Account Managers and customer to achieve sales and profit objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner for the Tip Top Sales team and customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing the Tip Top Sales team with customer orders through our sales ordering system.
  • Working with the sales team and customer to ensure accurate order information is received.
  • Maximising promotional effectiveness through data analysis of previous promotions and trends.
  • Delivering the business needs to meet product availability, sales and waste KPIs.
  • Conducting adhoc analysis to support decisionmaking by identifying trends and patterns in data.
  • Able to provide insights and problemsolving capability when presented with issues.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales ordering process.

About you:


  • Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, IF statements, nested functions, and look up functions) to manipulate and analyse data.
  • Ability to create charts and other visual representations of data to communicate insights and trends.
  • Previous analytical experience to manipulate data from various sources to create reports to track key metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A customerfocused mindset.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
