Our Easyauto123 dealership is now looking for an Ambitious, Passionate, and experienced Business Manager to join one of our Sales teams in Brooklyn.
The
Business Manager is the Finance and Insurance expert. Connect with customers, build rapport quickly and act with integrity

About the role:

Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation using an owner's mindset
Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership customers with integrity
Providing agile and outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
Strict adherence to compliance and inclusiveness
Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's

Do you have?
-
An Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.

Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset.
Current FSRA and financier accreditation
Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles with integrity.
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
A current Australian driver's license
