And as their next Store Manager you will have had extensive experience in leading large teams, within high dollar turnover environments, from the front Empowering & supporting your direct reports in presentation standards, customer engagement, team development & succession planning, operations & stock logistics, while ensure profit margins are achieved and KPIs exceeded & having a blast while doing it, as this company & role are all about putting the fun back into retail.

Now let's talk about you
To secure an interview with our client you will need to have the following professional skills and attributes
Exposure to high stock holdings and logistic operations
People leadership and development for 40+
Business analytics, including but limited to not sales, wages, waste, margins
Work place health and safety, implementation and monitoring
Recruitment and retention for large teams, with your people first approach
Proven succession planning of your teams
A collaborative approach to retail leadership, this is not a re-invent the business model as it works, but more of the how can I give it a bit of flair?

Your strength as a store manager is proven in your time FOH with your teams, you thrive in 'working the floor' with them not sitting in the back off crunching numbers.
