What you must have:
- Experience in fivestar hotel, premium dining facility, hatted restaurants, airport lounges, event catering companies or VIP conference venue
- Experience in a Corporate Boardroom, cocktail parties or sitdown dinners
- Previous experience in a receptionist/ front desk role is highly advantageous
- Experience in F&B Management or conferencing
- Confidence in delivering team briefs
- Strong function experience
- Attention to detail with a customer focused approach
- Highly developed communication skills
- Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- A valid RSA
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
