You are an experienced retail people leader with the confidence to manage a large team
You have the ability and motivation to mentor, inspire and uplift the team
Your communication skills and your open, friendly nature ensure both customers and team members can approach you with ease
You bring a detailed understanding of and drive to achieve sales targets, KPI's and budgets for a large store
You are focused on zero harm and understand the safety of our customers and team is top priority
