About You:

Our ideal Rockwear Casual Team Members possess these skills, qualities, and attributes:

Passionate about activewear and customer service
Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear is ideal
Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment
Proven history of retail experience and willingness to learn
Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. Live the lifestyle
We want team members with a positive 'make it happen' attitude and understand our customers come first
Willingness to be customer focused and sales driven
Assist with upholding store standards and visual merchandising directives
Assist with stock procedures and management of stock standards
