Our client is a local retail start-up, specialising in automotive parts and accessories.

The company is experiencing exponential growth and has recently moved into a new office in Sydney's Northwest region to support their growth.


Your New Career


As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be initiating monthly sales campaigns, creating landing pages and micro offers, working closely with the sales team, graphic designer and copywriter, as well as social media agency.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and managing sales campaigns
  • Briefing the graphic designer on artwork builds
  • Working closely with the marketing agency to generate EDM campaigns
  • Set pricing on product pages, create landing pages, bundles and micro offers to improve sales performance
  • Initiate loyalty programs
  • Build corresponding Facebook campaigns to align with website sales
  • Deliver various reports and analytics on digital, sales, budget expenditures and forecasts to ensure results are in line with company objectives

About you:


  • Tertiary qualified Digital Marketing, Production or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in an Ecommerce role within the retail industry
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
  • A proactive player who has a strong attention to detail and takes initiative to develop and support the brand's sales and marketing
