Description
Located at the high-end luxury Coco Republic showroom, in Canberra Central, we are looking for an experienced full time and a casual Barista to join our team at L'Americano Canberra.

- Day Shifts only on weekdays and weekends
- Full time position 5 days per week
- Full time annual package at $60,000 plus super
- Casual position 20 to 38 hours per week
- Casual rates: Mon-Fri at $28.46 p/hr Sat at $34.16 p/hr Sun at $39.85 p/hr

The Role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Conduct a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
About you
- Minimum 1year experience in bartending, coming from wellestablished and fastpaced venues
- Be a competent Barista
- Latte Art
- Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold a valid RSA
- Must hold full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months
- Be available to start ASAP
