Are you an experienced Accounts Officer looking for your next opportunity to expand your skills? A new vacancy has become available for an Accounts Officer in one of Adelaide's top Law Firms based in Adelaide CBD.
This role is Full-Time Monday - Friday on a Permanent Basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Adherence to all Trust Account regulations and procedures
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Accounts reporting
- Cheque production
- Banking
About You
- Experience in an Accounts team, preferably within a law firm and/or other significant experience suited to the role.
- Experience or understanding of the regulations of a trust account is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience and success in developing and managing interpersonal relationships
- Highly developed interpersonal, analytical and problemsolving skills. This includes a proven ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy.
