This role is Full-Time Monday - Friday on a Permanent Basis.


About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Adherence to all Trust Account regulations and procedures
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Accounts reporting
  • Cheque production
  • Banking

About You

  • Experience in an Accounts team, preferably within a law firm and/or other significant experience suited to the role.
  • Experience or understanding of the regulations of a trust account is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in developing and managing interpersonal relationships
  • Highly developed interpersonal, analytical and problemsolving skills. This includes a proven ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech savvy.
