Accounts Officer
Globe 24-7 is actively seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Accounts Officer to join our growing team in Perth.

The Role:

This crucial role supports the Finance Manager in various capacities, including managing the day-to-day accounts activities and working with internal clients to facilitate the success of each region and global function.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts Receivable.
Assist with Accounts Payable.
Follow up on client payment
Process accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and foreign currency payments.
Reconciliate corporate credit cards and bank accounts.
Assist with payroll and tax compliance monthly.
Manage intercompany transactions.
Maintain the books and records for all regions.

About you:

We want to set you up for success and believe the following is what it takes to be successful in the position:

Certificate IV in Accounting/Booking, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is essential
Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Proactive approach to problemsolving.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Ability to work well with competing priorities and deadlines
Experience working in an account's role
Previous experience using QuickBooks or Xero is essential.
