Professional Agency based in the Bayside area is searching for a Property Manager with the knowledge & passion for great customer service to join their fun & family friendly team.
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to get more work/life balance? We have a rare part time role that has become available to work 2-3 days per week.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Managing Arrears
- Monitoring maintenance
- No trust accounting involved
- Outgoings & periodic inspections
- You will be a selfstarter, be able to work autonomously
- Must be able to work unsupervised
It is essential that you have:
- A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
- Current Police Check
- Driver's License & Own Transport
- Minimum 510 years experience
- You must be familiar & skilled in property management legislation & practices
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
$53, $108,076.13 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week

- Property management: 10 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
